These Terms of Service govern your use of VectorForsight and reflect the current product boundaries.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using VectorForsight, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. About VectorForsight

VectorForsight is an evidence-driven platform that helps you identify opportunities, review them, and plan actions. It provides AI-assisted analysis of business context you provide.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

4. Authorized business information

You represent that the business information you provide is information you are authorized to share, and that sharing it with VectorForsight for analysis does not violate any obligation you have to third parties.

5. AI-generated analysis

Opportunity Maps and their findings are generated by artificial intelligence. AI output can include observations, inferences, recommendations, assumptions, risks, and uncertainties. AI-generated output may be incomplete or incorrect, and is not a verified fact merely because the AI produced it.

6. Your responsibility for decisions

You remain responsible for reviewing information and making business decisions. VectorForsight does not autonomously accept or reject opportunities, approve implementation plans, or take external business actions on your behalf. Any action you take based on the analysis is your responsibility.

7. No guarantee of results

VectorForsight does not guarantee any business outcome. Opportunities, recommendations, and measurements are analytical inputs, not promises of success. Confidence scores reflect the analysis's support for an item based on available information; they are not probabilities of business success.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• provide information you are not authorized to share;
• use the service to harm others or for any unlawful purpose; or
• attempt to disrupt or circumvent the service's controls.

9. Intellectual property

VectorForsight and its content — including the application, its design, and these Terms — are owned by VectorForsight. These Terms do not assign you ownership of the service. Your business information remains yours; you grant VectorForsight the limited right to process it to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy. This processing right does not transfer ownership of your business information to VectorForsight and does not by itself grant VectorForsight a right to sell your identifiable business information.

10. Availability and modifications

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

11. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or that any result will be accurate or reliable.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VectorForsight is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Termination and suspension

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or to protect the service. Stopping use does not itself guarantee immediate deletion of stored records. Verified deletion requests and applicable retention exceptions are handled under the Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
