How VectorForsight works

From business context to a traceable decision history.

VectorForsight is designed to help operators identify opportunities without collapsing evidence, AI inference and human judgment into one answer. The product records what was known, what was recommended, what a person decided and—when measured—what happened afterward.

  1. 01

    Describe the business

Capture the business model, customers, offerings, tools, pain points, goals and constraints. This context is the starting point; it is not silently inherited across unrelated businesses or markets.

  2. 02

    Separate evidence from inference

VectorForsight keeps observed evidence, AI inference, recommendations, assumptions and uncertainty distinct so a recommendation is not presented as a verified fact.

  3. 03

    Build the Opportunity Map

The analysis surfaces opportunities with supporting rationale and evidence coverage. Missing competitive-density or customer-pain evidence stays unresolved rather than being guessed.

  4. 04

    Keep the decision human

People accept, defer or reject opportunities. VectorForsight does not autonomously make the strategic decision, spend money or authorize external business action.

  5. 05

    Preserve decision memory

Linked analysis, human decisions, action plans, outcomes and feedback can be reconstructed as a read-only decision history. Missing links remain missing; chronology is not treated as causation.

  6. 06

    Measure and reassess

Where measurement is available and authorized, observed outcomes can become review signals for later reassessment. Measurement does not by itself prove that an earlier action caused the result.

What it does not claim

Evidence boundaries are part of the product.

VectorForsight does not treat a company filing as proof of a competitor relationship, a technology release as proof of business impact, or business-population counts as competitive density.

It does not infer a positive or negative outcome from a missing measurement, and it does not treat a measured change as proof of causation.

Strategic decisions and external actions remain human-controlled.
